From time to time it is possible for players to astonish their GM with remarkably good plans, but also with remarkably bad plans.

It was quite sometime ago now, during a game of Babylon 5, that Kari (not his real name) as part of a plot to steal a telecommunications repair van came up with the ultimate chat-up line:

Hello, I'm Canadian. Can you direct me to the nearest bar?

Oddly enough, this failed to have the desired results. He then turned his attention to the other lady employee in the area. Why he did this I shall never know, she was wearing a wedding ring and had just witnessed the failed attempt to seduce her friend.

Events spiraled downhill from there.
