Around London in 80 Days
What shall we add to Around the World in 80 Days to create an interesting RPG? Other people have already turned the idea on its head, so lets some up with something a little different.
Borrowing heavily from Captain Park's Imaginary Polar Expedition, we have one or more gentlemen who made a drunken bet one evening at the club. Really trying to circumnavigate the globe in 80 days would be too hard, so in the dim morning light (while suffering a most fearsome hangover) our characters strike upon a fantastic idea. They, and their trusted retainers and associates, will spend the next two and a half months in London, avoiding contact with any one who is likely to recognise them and gathering up, from small shops that smell of dust, as many pieces of evidence of their travels as possible.
And the system? Babylon 5! No, I'm kidding, I've managed to overcome that obsession for this Mashup and suggest, instead, The Drones.
