At last - I get to play Pulp

What used to be the usual Thursday night crowd changed to the Monday night crowd a few weeks ago, but we grow and are now becoming the Thursday night crowd and the Monday night crowd with some overlap between the two.

The new Monday night crowd (confused yet?) is going to move on to a Pulp campaign in a couple of weeks time using a (possibly modified) version of Wizard's Pulp Heroes based on D20 Modern. I found a decently formatted copy of the D20 Modern SRD online, and was impressed enough to buy a copy of the book at my local games store this afternoon.

Work is progressing on a character for it, and details will be published here when its ready. The current plan, which could change when the GM provides more details about the campaign setting, is for a wealthy private investigator with some very personal reasons for chasing justice.

Sources of inspiration include Blood Harvest, Poirot, Players and Casablanca.
