Mashup: Star Trek + Pulp Heroes
Sorry that its been a little while since I've updated here, I've been busy getting ready for my new job (i.e. flying half-way around the world for training)
This Mashup is Star Trek, the original series.
NCC-1701. No bloody A, B, C, or D.
The other half the mash is Pulp Heroes. The series rotates around the crew who face various strange threats, and not so strange foreign bad guys.
Its now the 1930s, so lets move the location from deep space to the deepest, darkest, unexplored parts of the Amazon, traveling above the Riverboat Enterprise.
The Crew
(Watch out for notice of origin (the Pulp Heroes equivalent of species) and class.)
- James T. Kirk
- An all-american soldier, Kirk leads the crew
- Spock
- Spock, while being entirely human, has previously led a cloistered life and has little experience in the ways of normal people. His analytical skill makes him a great private eye, while his secret training make him something of a mystic.
- Leonard McCoy
- Another all-american, McCoy is a scientist who can pull off amazing cures with his medical inventions.
- Scotty
- Another scientist, the cosmopolitan engineer builds technological gadgets that can achieve the impossible in a quarter of the time another man would need.
- Uhura
- An aristocrat, her command of languages makes her a good explorer.
The Enemies
There are three types of enemy that the crew face in their travels.
- Locals
- Ranging from creatures like The Incredible Salt Vampire, a race of giants determined to rule the world. and a religious cult.
- Nazis
- Following the Enterprise crew in to the jungle is a force of Nazi stormtroopers, led by the despicable Colonel Klingon.
- Chinese
- No one knows what the mysterious Chinese want in the Amazon, but their leader, Romulan, doesn't like outside interference.
These are the voyages of the Riverboat Enterprise, its five year mission to explore strange new lands, to seek out new species and new civilisations, to go where no man has gone before.
